Designed in 1973 by Lorenzo Papi, a villa that reflects freedom.

The architect was inspired by gull wings to express freedom, represented by the two layers of the two reinforced concrete roofs, which overlap in a staggered manner supported by steel pillars.

The villa is very bright thanks to the immense windows that characterize the structure and overlook a breathtaking panorama.

Another feature of the house is the contrast of the reinforced concrete and travertine floors with the colors of the steel pillars painted in blue and pink to recall the colors of the artist Sassetti from whom Lorenzo Papi takes inspiration for the color shades.

Externally the structure takes on the colors of the sea, with blues, light blues and whites as protagonists.

The property is developed on two floors, the main one which opens with a majestic living room and dining room which overlooks one of the beautiful panoramic terraces with windows along the entire front.

The very functional kitchen, all custom-designed, with its very large pantry room, extends on the right side of the building with a service bathroom, while on the opposite side there is the master study and along the corridor the bedrooms with walk-in closet. in wardrobe, two panoramic double bedrooms and three bathrooms.

From this floor, a floating steel staircase leads to the observatory characterized by singular and designer architectural windows. From here the view is 360°, from the Apuan Alps to the sea.
